I redesigned a claims management system to streamline complex insurance workflows, reducing claims processing time and improving decision-making speed. By optimizing data presentation, automating policy matching, and improving navigation, I helped claims managers work more efficiently, secured executive buy-in, and supported additional funding efforts with a high-fidelity prototype.

I redesigned a provider credentialing system to eliminate manual data entry, process bottlenecks, and form abandonment, making onboarding faster and more intuitive. By implementing smart pre-fill automation, progress tracking, and a streamlined form structure, I reduced onboarding time, support calls, and user frustration, leading to higher form completion rates and provider satisfaction.

I designed an Availability & Scheduling System to help healthcare recruiters quickly match providers to job opportunities, eliminating manual tracking and slow outreach. By automating availability updates, improving search and prioritization tools, and creating a self-service provider portal, the system reduced time-to-fill jobs, increased provider engagement, and improved recruiter efficiency.

I redesigned a post-acute care tablet app and provider admin portal under tight deadlines, improving case manager workflows and provider engagement. By streamlining navigation, building a self-service provider portal from scratch, and collaborating closely with engineers, the project reduced discharge planning time, increased provider adoption, and helped the company prepare for its next funding round.

I designed Medicare compliance and quality reporting software to help providers navigate MACRA/MIPS regulations, automate tracking, and maximize reimbursements. By creating an intuitive compliance dashboard, rules engine for billing optimization, and seamless workflow integration, the system reduced manual workload, improved reporting accuracy, and increased adoption among physicians.
